Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Resolve user issues remotely by providing timely and effective technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage issue triage, prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, and ensure appropriate escalation, ticket routing, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, development, and operations, to resolve technical issues and enhance overall IT operations.
  • Handle inbound contacts as and when needed to support the customers.

Technical Skills:

  • Windows Technologies:
    • Understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.
    • Basic knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
    • Understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption
  • VDI Technologies:
    • Citrix VDI, XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud
    • VMware Horizon
    • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • EPM Technologies:
    • Microsoft End Point Manager
    • SCCM Client Repair/Install/Uninstall/ Patch Remediation/ Monitoring
    • Intune / MEM
  • Messaging Technologies:
    • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals: Microsoft 365, Exchange, & SharePoint
    • PowerShell & Exchange Server: Message Distribution
    • Microsoft office 365, Exchange 2010,2013,2016, 2019 on-prem environment and Clients-Outlook (All versions), OWA, mobile device management

  • COTS Applications:
    • Microsoft Office, Adobe, Avaya, Zoom, Ivanti etc.
    • Installation/Un-installation & troubleshooting.
  • Mobile Device Management:
    • Configuration, Installation, Setup etc.
    • Intune, MFA Setup.
    • Remote Wipe, Office products on mobile device.
  • Windows/MAC OS:
  • MAC Setup & troubleshooting.
  • Printer mapping/installation.
  • Browser issues troubleshooting, basic OS troubleshooting.
  • VPN/MFA Troubleshooting:
  • DUO setup & troubleshooting.
  • VPN Application issues, troubleshooting, certificate installation etc.
  • OKTA/MFA Defender troubleshooting.
